Here are my top 10 tips to help you reduce your environmental impact

Whilst it's clear that our individual behaviours have the potential to impact environmental challenges like climate change and loss of biodiversity, it's difficult to define exactly what a 'sustainable' lifestyle looks like.

There are, however, are a number of small changes we can make to help us reduce our environmental impact - many of which have the additional benefits of improving our health and saving us money.

1:

Cycle & walk

Simply reducing the number of car journeys you make a week can massively drop your carbon footprint.

Walking (or cycling) to your shops, cafes, school or work doesn't take up as much time as we often think, and can be a great way to save money!

Plus, this will contribute to improving health!
